KCA was appointed by Ardgowan Homes to design, supply and install three bespoke kitchens for The Old Nursery, an exclusive collection of detached family homes in Bourne End, Buckinghamshire.
Set within the Riversdale and Hedsor Road Conservation Area on the site of a former Victorian kitchen garden, the development has been thoughtfully designed to combine traditional architecture with modern family living. Each home offers generous open-plan living spaces, private gardens and terraces overlooking the River Wye, alongside an impressive eco specification including air source heat pumps, underfloor heating, solar PV panels, battery storage and mechanical heat recovery ventilation.
To complement the character of the homes, the developer selected British-made Mackintosh furniture, creating a classic shaker kitchen with contemporary detailing. The timeless design enhances the Victorian-inspired architecture while providing durable, practical spaces for modern family life.
Each kitchen was completed with Siemens appliances throughout, delivering premium performance, reliability and a specification that reflects the quality of the wider development.
