Having decided to carry out changes to the layout of their property, Mr. & Mrs. Perera asked KCA asked to design a contemporary kitchen dining room, perfect for entertaining and spending family time together.
“We engaged with KCA for our Kitchen refit, as part of major changes we carried out to our property in Ascot. From the point of our first engagement, we just felt so comfortable working with KCA, patiently showing around the showroom in an
unpressurised environment and discussing our requirements.” Said Mr. Perera.
The original layout included a medium sized kitchen diner located to the font of the property. The new plan was to knock into another reception room to create one large, open plan space which would fully take advantage of the garden views beyond.
“I was mostly impressed how KCA dealt with the builders to get what is required from a building point of view.”
The design
KCA designed a contemporary kitchen using Systemat furniture in a combination of Basalt and Champagne. Complimented by Misty Carrara Granite.
The Granite used for the worktops and splash back was hand selected by Roshan and Lily, with the help of their personal KCA designer. Matching the splash back to the island worktop created a striking backdrop.
Instant boiling, hot and cold filtered water
A single Quooker tap was included in the design for instant hot, cold and boiling water.
The Cold Water Filter fitted to the Quooker system has been designed to allow users to quickly switch from tap water to cold filtered water, recommended for hard water areas found in the home counties.
Installation and aftercare
“The installer was skillful and polite. He paid attention to detail and gave us confidence in his ability to install the kitchen. Any issues with the install or changes were shared with us and discuss the options for us to make decision to our liking and not just get the job done. After service was just an email away and was addressed without any trouble.”
