This KCA kitchen belongs to a family living in Beaconsfield. The new kitchen was designed as part of a large extension that wrapped around the side of the home. The extension made room for a dedicated library to display our client’s music nostalgia from his career and also created a fantastic opportunity to redesign the kitchen.

As a family who love parties and entertaining, the kitchen needed to accommodate friends and family comfortably. We designed the kitchen with a generous L-shape peninsula that connects the kitchen and living area with breakfast bar seating. A custom bar was designed to facilitate entertaining and to store and display their collection of whiskey.

The classic shaker cabinetry is paired with a quartz worktop and finished with stainless steel cup handles. The full suite of Fisher & Paykel appliances, including conventional and combi-ovens, warming drawers and a gas hob offer full cooking control and capacity to cater for large numbers of guests. This kitchen packs everything into one beautiful design in a classic shaker style, the perfect kitchen for a family of keen cooks and entertainers.
