Katie Miller

Design Consultant

Katie’s expertise is a combination of her experience as a Kitchen Designer and her time spent studying interior design. Katie joined KCA in 2018, quickly becoming a key member of the team and she has since helped a number of KCA clients to realise their kitchen and bedroom aspirations.

From an early age, Katie has always had a great interest in design. “It’s what I love doing” says Katie, “I enjoy the whole journey from start to finish, it’s so rewarding to help clients through each stage of the project and I love how the design evolves. My favourite part is to see the finished product, you get to see what you have created together and I love seeing the reaction of our client when their dream has become a reality.”

We asked Katie why she chose to join the team at KCA, here’s what she said:

“There is a real family feeling here at KCA and everyone works together as a team. As well as providing great products, design and client service, everyone at KCA is supportive, helpful and puts the client first – it’s a great place to work!”

Katie’s top tip for anyone about to begin a kitchen or bedroom project:

“Try to enjoy every stage of the process. At times it can be daunting, but it’s also very exciting. Give yourself time to consider big decisions by starting your project early and then when you are ready, make decisions so you can tick things off your list. Of course we are here to help every step of the way.”

When she’s not at KCA, Katie can be found playing tennis and badminton, as well as travelling to visit new countries and experience other cultures. Katie’s own home is furnished in a mix of modern and traditional pieces that have been rejuvenated to give them a new life, “I like to refresh the style fairly often so I keep the majority of larger items in neutral tones and incorporate colours in accessories such as cushions, rugs and paintings.”
