Method
- Chill a shot glass in the freezer for about 10 minutes.
- Carefully pour the coffee liqueur into the shot glass, filling it about 3/4 full.
- Using the back of a spoon, gently layer the Irish cream liqueur on top by pouring it over the back of the spoon. The Irish cream should float on top, resembling the head of a pint of Guinness.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your adorable and delicious Baby Guinness cocktail!
Note: The key to achieving the distinct “layered” look in the Baby Guinness is pouring the Irish cream liqueur slowly over the back of the spoon to allow it to float on top of the coffee liqueur. This method creates a visually appealing two-tone effect resembling a miniature Guinness beer pint.
